This Fenn necklace is 14k gold plated stainless steel. The plating is applied by PVD, a vacuum coating process. It has two chains of different lengths, one a fine curb chain and the other made of elongated links, so a single necklace gives you the look of wearing two.
The shorter chain measures 17 to 19 inches (43 to 48cm) and the longer chain 20 to 22 inches (51 to 56cm). Under the plating, both chains are stainless steel, with no leather or stone, so the necklace is covered by Fenn's waterproof guarantee for pieces made entirely of metal, and Fenn describes it as tarnish resistant.
