3. Our response procedure
Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will:
- Acknowledge receipt of the complaint and review the material in question;
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content while we investigate;
- Contact the content contributor or author (if applicable) for clarification;
- If infringement is confirmed, the content will be permanently removed or updated.
If you are the content provider and believe your material was wrongly removed, please contact us at the same email address to resolve the matter.
4. Jurisdiction
This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales. While the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) is U.S. law, we follow a similar notice and takedown process consistent with UK and international best practices.
