Where are you located? We're on the High Street in Bridgwater, Somerset. Parking is available on the High Street directly outside the shop, or at Angel Place Shopping Centre just a short walk away.
What are your opening hours? We're open Monday to Friday 9.30am to 4.30pm, and Saturday 9.00am to 4.00pm. We're closed Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Do you repair jewellery? Yes — we offer a full jewellery repair service including ring resizing, stone replacement, chain and clasp repairs, prong repairs, and polishing. Do you repair watches? Yes — most watch repairs are carried out in-house by our experienced watchmaker. We replace watch batteries, glasses, crowns and stems, and re-affix loose hands and numbers. How much do watch repairs cost? Our most popular service — watch battery replacement — is just £6.99 while you wait. Link removal to make watch bracelets smaller is £7.50. What jewellery brands do you stock? We stock a wonderful range of brands including Clogau Gold, Coeur de Lion and Diamonfire, alongside watches from Festina, Bering, Sekonda and Storm London — plus many more in store and online.

How long have you been open? Jools has been on the High Street in Bridgwater for nearly 25 years. We're a family-run independent jewellers and incredibly proud of our local roots and the relationships we've built with our customers over the years.
Can I sell my jewellery or watches to you? We do buy scrap gold and give a highly-competitive price. We don't currently buy second-hand silver jewellery or watches — but we'd always recommend getting a professional valuation before selling anywhere.
Do you offer gift wrapping? Pop in and ask us — we're always happy to make your purchase feel extra special for a gift.
