This Casio G-Shock men's watch, model GA-B2100-1A1ER, features an all-black design built around a protective Carbon Core Guard structure. It is powered by Tough Solar technology, which converts light into energy, and connects to a smartphone via Bluetooth for enhanced functionality. The watch is constructed with a durable resin band and a mineral glass crystal, offering water resistance up to 200 meters.

The Bluetooth connection enables a range of convenient features, including automatic time adjustment and simplified watch setting through your phone. It also includes a phone finder, a reminder function, and access to world time for approximately 300 cities across 38 time zones, with options for daylight saving and home city swapping.

For precise timekeeping, the watch includes a 1/100-second stopwatch that measures elapsed and lap/split times. It measures in 1/100th of a second for the first 60 minutes, and in 1-second intervals thereafter. A countdown timer is also available, with a 60-minute range that can be set in one-second or one-minute increments.

Equipped for daily use, the watch has five daily alarms and an optional hourly time signal. A double LED light, which is white in colour, provides a Super illuminator for both the analogue face and the digital display, with a selectable illumination duration of 1.5 or 3 seconds and an afterglow. A full auto-calendar is pre-programmed until the year 2099, and the button operation tone can be muted for silent use.

To conserve energy, a power-saving function automatically blanks the display when the watch is left in darkness, and a battery level indicator keeps you informed of the current charge. On a full charge, the battery provides approximately 7 months of operation with normal use, or up to 18 months when stored in total darkness with the power save function on. Without a mobile link connection, the watch maintains an accuracy of ±15 seconds per month.

A hand shift feature allows you to temporarily move the analogue hands away from the digital display for an unobstructed view. The watch also supports a 12/24-hour time format and allows for the date and month display to be swapped to your preference.
