Men's Casio Edifice Green Dial Chronograph Watch
Edifice is Casio's motorsport-inspired range, and Casio describes this chronograph as inspired by the spirit of the classic sports car. A pale sage green dial carries bold baton markers and three darker green sub-dials at 3, 6 and 9 o'clock, with a date window between 4 and 5.
The sub-dials show 24-hour time alongside the stopwatch minutes and seconds. The stopwatch counts in whole seconds up to 59 minutes 59 seconds and can record split times or the times of a first and second finisher, so two results can be captured in one run.
The 40mm stainless steel case is a size often described as medium for a men's watch, and with its solid steel bracelet it weighs 136g. The bracelet fastens with a one-touch three-fold clasp and fits wrists from 150 to 205mm. Sapphire crystal covers the dial; it is harder than mineral glass, so more scratch-resistant. The case has a screw lock back and 100 metre water resistance.
The battery lasts approximately three years, based on an hour of stopwatch use a day, and the quartz movement keeps time to within 20 seconds a month.
