At Jools, watch repairs are something of a speciality. Most of our repair work is carried out in-house by our experienced watchmaker — so your watch is in skilled, caring hands rather than disappearing into an anonymous service centre. We're based on the High Street in Bridgwater, and we're always happy to have a look and give you an honest opinion before any work is carried out.

All repairs come with a one-year guarantee. If any issue arises during that time, we'll re-service your watch at no extra cost.
Please note: Our in-house repairs are not pressure-tested, so we can't guarantee water resistance after servicing. If you need your watch pressure tested, or if it's a high-end, mechanical, or automatic watch, we'll arrange for it to be sent to our specialist service centre — just let us know when you get in touch.
