Please note: Repairs are not pressure-tested, so no water-resistance guarantee is provided after servicing.

A: We repair watches independently and do not void manufacturer warranties, but please check your watch brand's warranty terms before sending.
Q: Can you guarantee water resistance after repair?
A: No — our repairs are not pressure-tested, so water resistance cannot be guaranteed.
Q: How long will my repair take?
A: Most quartz battery replacements and minor repairs are completed within 3–5 working days. More complex repairs may take longer; we’ll advise you when you submit your watch.
Q: Do you use original parts?
A: We use standard high-quality parts and, where possible, match crowns, stems, and batteries to your watch. Branded parts are only used if available.
Q: What if my repair isn’t successful?
A: All repairs come with a 1-year guarantee. If any issue arises during this time, we’ll re-service your watch at no extra cost.
