Manufacturer’s Guarantee

If the watch was NOT purchased from us and you want the work carried out under the manufacturer’s guarantee, we recommend you return the watch to the manufacturer directly or to where you purchased the item (who should return it for you).

Please also read the guarantee carefully. With most watch brands certain parts, like the glass and the strap, are not covered under a manufacturer’s guarantee and is, therefore, a chargeable repair, even if the guarantee is still valid.  Please phone us on 01278 433233 if in doubt.

Return the item well packaged with or without the watch box.  We recommend that you wrap the watch securely with bubblewrap and a box inside a padded envelope.

We recommend sending the watch to us by either Special Delivery or Recorded Delivery with insurance. We cannot accept any liability for a watch being lost or delayed in the post.pos
