Most of our gold necklaces and pendants are 9ct gold, and some are gold-plated.
The 9ct pieces are mostly yellow gold, with some in white. Whatever its colour, a 9ct gold necklace is 37.5% gold, with the rest made up of other metals such as silver and copper. The gold-plated necklaces are nearly all made of sterling silver.
You can buy a pendant with a chain or on its own, and there are chains to wear by themselves too. Among the pendant designs are hearts, flowers and teardrops. Where a piece is set with stones, they are most often diamonds, with cubic zirconia and coloured stones such as sapphire, opal and amethyst among the others.
