Often affectionately called simply, "mum", the chrysantemum is the birth month flower for the month of November.
The chrysanthemum is so well loved in Japan and China, there is even a day named after this flower called the "Festival of Happiness". The chyrsanthemum is a lovely shape and suits jewellery designs well, much like the beloved daisy flower.
