Any accidental damage/breakage can be repaired at a small charge. Faulty products will be repaired under your 12-month warranty - valid only with a warranty card & proof of purchase. Unfortunately, if another jeweller has tried to repair an item, this will void the guarantee. If all parts of the piece of jewellery have been lost, a repair/replacement will not be possible.
